You are not obliged to provide the requested personal data; however, failure to do so may result in the inability to execute the agreement, which will be considered a force majeure event for 4 INFINITY.

Additionally, 4 INFINITY may collect non-directly identifiable personal data via Google Analytics when you visit our website. Who has access to your personal data?

The personal data we process is, in principle, not accessible to third parties and is used solely internally. However, 4 INFINITY may engage third parties for certain (technical) services (e.g., web hosting, specific software use, IT support) who may need access to your personal data to provide their services.

In the execution of agreements, certain personal data may also be shared with subcontractors, legal service providers, administrative authorities, insurance companies, brokers, and agents, etc.

4 INFINITY ensures that all third-party service providers implement the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect and secure the exchanged personal data.

Except for the cases mentioned above, 4 INFINITY does not share your personal data with other third parties unless legally required.

How long are your personal data retained?

Your personal data will be retained for the duration of any legally mandated periods (e.g., statutory limitation periods) and at least for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes outlined above.

What are your rights?

As a natural person whose personal data is processed, you have the following rights:
